Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Pick Pilot (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Pick Pilot is a fantasy basketball analytics assistant. It connects, at your direction, to third-party platforms in read-only mode: Yahoo web beta and compatible Sleeper NBA leagues in conditional beta. Fantrax is request-access only; ESPN is planned. The beta computes rolling-form and schedule-based estimates, scenario simulations, and AI-generated insight, not licensed rest-of-season projections. We do not set your lineup, accept trades, or modify any data on the upstream platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to use the Service. Accounts are personal; you may not sell, loan, or transfer them.

During beta, paid plan selections reserve a plan and advertised price without charging a card or granting paid access. Recurring billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds do not apply until Vandly accepts the subscription contract and checkout is explicitly activated. At that point, the checkout terms shown before payment will govern; the launch policy is a refund within 14 days of the first charge.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or resell the Service or its outputs.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, AI budgets, or entitlement gates.
• Use the Service to harass, deceive, or target another user — the commissioner tooling does not permit collecting personal data from league members beyond what the upstream platform already exposes.
• Reverse-engineer the Service, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you submit (notes, threads, reports). By submitting it you grant us a limited license to process it to operate the Service. League data (rosters, transactions, matchups) is sourced from the upstream platform under the permissions you grant; the upstream platform's own terms apply to that data.

AI-assisted answers are decision-support, not advice. Every Pick Pilot analytics result ships its inputs, assumptions, freshness, and confidence so you can evaluate it — but we make no warranty that any projection or recommendation will be correct. You are responsible for your lineup and trade decisions.

We may add, modify, or remove features. We target 99.5% monthly availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in the in-app notifications center.

You may close your account at any time from Settings; on soft-delete we retain a minimal audit record (event log, billing history) for up to 24 months to meet legal and tax obligations and then purge. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

We will post material changes at this URL and notify you in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
