Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files stored by your browser when you visit a site. Pick Pilot uses a narrow set to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Required for the Service to function. Cannot be disabled.

• Session cookie (default name ma_session, deployment-configurable): HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure in staging and production. Keeps you signed in until the session expires or is revoked.
• pickpilot:activeLeagueId — local storage. Remembers which league you last used across reloads. No server side.
• pickpilot-theme — local storage. Light/dark preference.
• pickpilot:consent:v1 — local storage. Records this browser's analytics and marketing preferences.
• ma.mock.* — local storage used by public mock drafts to remember participant identity and room seats.

We use PostHog to measure product funnel events (signup → connect → first insight → paywall → checkout), as well as page views, when configured and analytics consent is enabled. Its browser identifiers use cookies and local storage. Signed-in events can be associated with your user ID, email, and workspace; they are not anonymous. The account controls also record a separate marketing preference. It is distinct from analytics consent; recording that preference does not establish that advertising cookies or a marketing integration are active. Review both choices in Privacy & data.

You can clear cookies or block them in your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out and may break authenticated features. Manage optional preferences in Settings: Privacy & data.
